Over the course of this program, you'll participate in immersive workshops, reflective exercises, and group discussions to strengthen your leadership identity in a supportive and inspiring environment while you work on a real-life Leadership challenge.

One Overnight Session per Month (6 months)

Includes dinner, evening session, breakfast and morning sessions.

The Mygrow platform is a fundamental part of the Oasis leadership programme.
A huge part of leadership is the ability to lead yourself first and we do that through developing emotional intelligence. I have partnered with a world-leading company, Mygrow who is passionate about this.

This is not a fluffy app you download and then delete or forget about. It’s not an intense, dreary course that’ll make your eyes glaze over while you dream of returning to your actual work. It is a way to develop your EI muscle day by day.

Do I have to stay overnight?
Yes, staying overnight is an essential part of the retreat experience. It allows you to fully disconnect from daily responsibilities and immerse yourself in the journey of self-reflection and leadership growth.
Is completing the entire six-month course required?
Yes, full participation in the six-month program is essential. Each session builds on the last, ensuring you experience the complete transformation and gain the most from the retreat.
Do I have to be the CEO to attend?
No, you don’t have to be the CEO or business owner, however this retreat is custom designed for senior or emerging leaders with teams that they lead and the authority to implement change.

This is an all-inclusive package. Covered in the retreat cost are all retreat-related activities, resources, accommodation and meals.
