New announcement. Learn more

Leadership is lonely. You need space to think and people who get it.

Most leaders do not need more information. They need space. Space to think, to reflect, to be honest about what is going on, and to remember who they are becoming as a leader. That is what Oasis is built for.

IS THIS YOU?

You are good at what you do. But it is starting to feel heavier than it used to.

  • Your business has grown faster than you expected. The old ways of leading are not quite working anymore.

  • You are no longer part of every decision, every hire, every conversation. And that feels strange.

  • The values that always guided you were never quite written down. Now you are not sure everyone shares them.

  • You have just formed a senior leadership team. Or you are about to. And something feels off.

  • You are busy. Tired. Carrying more than you show.

  • Awake at 3am wondering if you are building a business or becoming its hostage.

  • You know you need space to think. You just never seem to find it.

"That feeling has a name. It is called the Growth Wobble. Oasis is where you come to find your footing again."

Oasis is designed for leaders who are:

  • Hungry. Ready for the next challenge and willing to do the work.

  • Humble. Open to honest reflection and peer feedback.

  • Smart. Emotionally aware. Knows the impact they have on others. Ready to go deeper.

WHAT OASIS IS

Not a course. A formation journey.

Over six months, Leaders will:

  • Reconnect with their core values and lead from who they actually are

  • Articulate a compelling vision that others can follow

  • Build the daily rhythms and habits that make their values visible

  • Get accountability that lifts them up rather than weighs them down

  • Work on a real leadership challenge that stretches and grows them

  • Find their people. A trusted circle of leaders who get it.

The Six Gatherings

Each monthly gathering runs from 5pm to 12pm the following day at Zealong Tea Estate. Dinner, evening session, overnight stay, breakfast and two morning sessions. Everything is included.

Gathering 1: Model the Way

Self-Discovery and Leadership Foundations

Great leadership starts with knowing who you actually are. Not the version you perform at work. You. Your values, your genius, your stage. In this first gathering you will clarify your core values, identify your leadership strengths, and begin to align your actions with what you actually believe.

Gathering 2: Inspire a Shared Vision

Visioneering the
Future

Leadership is not just about managing. It is about inspiring. If your vision is only in your head, chances are no one is following you. This gathering helps you develop a compelling vision and gives you the language to bring others with you.

Gathering 3: Challenge the Process

Leading Through
Change

Growth comes from stepping outside comfort zones. This gathering explores how to challenge the status quo, take smart risks, and lead through uncertainty. You will develop the mindset and tools of a changemaker.

Gathering 4: Enable Others to Act

Trust and Team
Dynamics

Strong leadership is built on trust. This gathering dives into what it takes to build a culture where people can do their best work. You will strengthen your ability to foster trust, encourage collaboration, and navigate the real challenges of leading people.

Gathering 5: Encourage the Heart

Leading with Courage and Care

The best leaders notice when people show up with courage. They name it. They honour it. This gathering explores the deeply human side of leadership — the vulnerability it takes to lead well and the profound impact of making people feel genuinely seen and valued.

Gathering 6: Celebration and Presentation

Honouring the Journey

This is your moment. You will present your Leadership Challenge to the group and an invited guest — someone who has witnessed your journey. More than a presentation, this gathering is about celebrating how far you have come and sending you into the next chapter seen, valued and ignited.

The Oasis Alumni Circle

The relationships you build inside Oasis do not have to end when the programme does. Graduates are invited to join the Oasis Alumni Circle, acommunity of leaders who have done the work and want to keep going. The Alumni Circle includes a quarterly catch-up and two gatherings each year, bringing all cohorts together. Because the conversations that matter most are the ones that continue.

FAQs

What is the Oasis Leadership Programme?

Oasis is a six-month leadership formation journey for hungry, humble leaders who need space to think, grow, and reconnect with why they lead. It is not a course. It is not a workshop series. It is a monthly overnight gathering at Zealong Tea Estate in Waikato, with a small group of six leaders who are in similar seasons of growth.

Over six months, Leaders clarify their values, develop their leadership vision, build daily practices that make that vision real, and undertake a real leadership challenge inside their own organisation.

Who is the Oasis programme for?

Oasis is designed for leaders who are hungry for growth, humble enough to be honest, and emotionally aware enough to understand their impact on others. You do not need to be a CEO. You do need to be someone who leads people and takes that responsibility seriously.

Most Leaders come in feeling the weight of leadership. They are time poor, carrying more than they show, and ready for something that goes deeper than a one-day workshop.

How is Oasis different from a leadership course?

A leadership course gives you information. Oasis gives you formation. The difference is significant.

Information is what you learn. Formation is who you become. Oasis is built around the belief that most leaders already know enough. What they lack is space, reflection, and honest conversation with people who understand the weight they carry.

The overnight format, the small cohort, the real leadership challenge, and the six-month arc all exist to create the conditions for genuine growth rather than just new knowledge.

Where does the Oasis programme take place?

All gatherings are held at Zealong Tea Estate in the Waikato, one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings in the region. Each gathering runs from 5pm to 12pm the following day. Dinner, accommodation, breakfast and all sessions are included in the programme fee.

Do I have to stay overnight?

Yes, staying overnight is an essential part of the retreat experience. It allows you to fully disconnect from daily responsibilities and immerse yourself in the journey of self-reflection and leadership growth.

Is completing the entire six-month course required?

Yes, full participation in the six-month program is essential. Each session builds on the last, ensuring you experience the complete transformation and gain the most from the retreat.

Do I have to be the CEO to attend?

No, you don’t have to be the CEO or business owner, however this retreat is custom designed for senior or emerging leaders with teams that they lead and the authority to implement change.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Oasis has helped me move beyond solving problems to understanding the kind of leader I want to be and the legacy I want to leave. Greater clarity, courage and purpose than I have experienced in any other leadership programme."

JOANNE TURNER CEO, TE WHARE KOROWAI

"Reflection, Growth and Ignition are the three things that come to mind about what I have got from Oasis. I now have the tools to put this into practice and I feel inspired."

BRIAN WINTHROP, CFO, HRV NZ LIMITED

"One of the biggest benefits has been having the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day and reflect alongside a cohort of leaders facing many of the same challenges. The willingness of the group to both support and challenge each other has been incredibly powerful."

DOMINIC SUTTON, NATIONAL CLUB CAPABILITY MANAGER, SURF LIFE SAVING NZ

"What makes Tracey so good with leaders is her relentless belief in everyone. The way she asks questions, the way she leads discussions — it all comes from knowing there is an amazing leader in there. Her whole focus is bringing that out."

JEREMY HUGHES, CEO, COMPANY-X
